In short: you buy the right to use EasySay on your devices. For the first 14 days all features are free. After that, without a purchase, dictation up to 2,000 words a week remains.

Trial and free version

All features are open for 14 days after the first launch, no card required.
After the trial, plain dictation stays free, 2,000 words a week. Other features unlock with a purchase.

License and devices

A license from our website works on 2 of your computers (Mac or Windows) at the same time. You can move it to a new computer in the app once every 7 days.
With a website license, EasySay on iPhone unlocks for free: sign in in the app with the same email.
The license is personal: don’t share or publish it.

Subscription

A subscription for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months renews automatically until you cancel it.
Bought on our website: you can cancel renewal from the lava.top email or by writing to us. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
Bought in the App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
The Lifetime license is paid once and includes EasySay updates.

Refunds

If something is wrong with a website purchase or EasySay doesn’t work on your device, write to us and we’ll sort it out, including a refund.
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How the app works

Recognition runs on your device. Quality depends on the model, the microphone and your device’s power. We don’t guarantee error-free transcription.
On iPhone the app works on iPhone XS and later with iOS 17 or later. It works best on iPhone 12 and later; the most accurate model needs iPhone 15 Pro or later.
Only transcribe recordings and videos you have the rights to, and tell people about recording when the law requires it.

App Store purchases

For the app from the App Store, the standard Apple license agreement also applies.
